July is over and the first ever K’s for R U OK? is complete! Thanks so much to everyone who took part as well as all of your friends, family and colleagues who showed you their support.

Together, we had over 1,200 participants from all over Australia, clocked over 61,000km and in the process raised over $150,00! You should be very proud of your efforts.
