A Message of Hope and Connection
Mental health is a cause that means a lot to us.
We believe that no one should have to face difficult times alone. Sometimes, simply knowing that someone cares, is willing to listen and is there without judgement can make a world of difference.
We have started this page as a tribute to James Asher and as a place to promote hope, connection, understanding and support for mental health.
Our hope is to encourage people to check in with the people around them, not just when something seems wrong, but regularly. A simple “Are you OK?” can open the door to a conversation that someone may really need.
You don't have to have the right words. You don't have to fix everything. Sometimes the most important thing you can do is listen, be present and let someone know they are not alone.
Let's make talking about mental health normal. Let's look after one another, reach out, and create a community where people feel safe asking for help when they need it.
