At LHCS we believe that you are never too young to look out for your mates and learn how to ask, “Are you OK?”
By fundraising we hope to help R U OK? spread their message to very classroom across Australia and make sure that people of all ages feel connected and supported.
We would be so grateful if you could donate to our fundraiser.
The National Day of Action for R U OK? Day is Thursday 12 September 2024. Students in K-6 are encouraged to come dressed in mufti with splashes of yellow in support of R U OK? Day, along with a gold coin donation.
In classrooms, we will highlight the importance of meaningful R U OK? conversations, and complete a number of organised activities by our Junior SRC.
