This July, we’re making a commitment to run every day and clock our K’s for R U OK? 5kms a day every day in July ....some of us will run, some.will walk and some.will pedal but you can be sure we will do it .
For.many people.everyday is full.of darkness and despair and we want you to know you are loved and supported.
