In our workplace we do our best to look out for our colleagues and check in on each other regularly. With the ongoing lockdowns in Melbourne, we want to raise awareness, take care of ourselves and each other.
About 8 people take their own lives in Australia every day.
For every death, it’s estimated another 30 people will attempt suicide.
89% of people report knowing somebody who has made an attempt.
We want to help change these numbers.
R U OK?’s vision is of a world where we are all connected and protected from suicide. Their mission is to inspire everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and support anyone struggling with life.
By inspiring people to take the time to ask, “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people who are struggling with life to feel connected long before they even think about suicide.
Thank you so much for your support, together we will make a difference.

Wednesday 18th Aug Doing it for the kids- we may be stuck in our 4 walls climbing them like spider man, but getting out and about each day for some fresh air and change of scenery is good for the mind, body and soul. My aim is to smash over 100kms in the month of September through daily walks with the kids and dogs, on my cross trainer at home or dusting off my old BMX bike and doing it old school. I'll post up my daily kms so I'm not only accountable but can prove its easy to do over a month 💪💪 ShareThank you to my Sponsors
