24 HOURS FOR A PURPOSE 2024

Mental Health has an effect on all of us, we know more than ever the positive power of purpose, and fitness can have our mental health.  We created purpose fitness to be a fun, safe place where our members could better themselves each and every day or just shut off the noise outside, for the best hour of their day.

It is not lost on us that many battle with poor mental health, and we want to help start conversations within our community that lead to more fit and healthy minds as well as bodies.  For the body wont go where the mind won't take it..

I have decided to take on this challenge to help R U OK? to spread their message and help prevent suicide.

About 8 people take their own lives in Australia every day.

For every death, it’s estimated another 30 people will attempt suicide.

89% of people report knowing somebody who has made an attempt.

I want to help change these numbers.

R U OK?’s vision is of a world where we are all connected and protected from suicide.

Their mission is to inspire everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and support anyone struggling with life.

By inspiring people to take the time to ask, “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people who are struggling with life to feel connected long before they even think about suicide.

Thank you so much for your support, together we will make a difference.
