Day 15Thursday 16th Jul My leg is hurting still :( it hurts to run but I powered through. rain, hail or shine, good days and bad :) Share
Day 14Tuesday 14th Jul What does it mean when the spot in between your calf and shin hurts? Anyway went for a 9km bike ride and a 6km walk. Hopefully leg is good by tomorrow so i can run some more :) Share

Day 10Sunday 12th Jul Little admin catch up. Was raining after work and I didn’t wanna leave in the cold. Still did but kept it short. Share

Send help I am sore today, did a 7km run with a sneaky 2km side adventure walk.Share
Day 8Thursday 9th Jul Went for a 20km bike ride and gunned it up hill, got as sweaty as a 5km run so counting it as that to keep my running target normal Share
