At QV1, we believe in creating a workplace and community where conversations about mental health are normalised, encouraged, and supported. That’s why we’re proud to be fundraising for R U OK? Day.
R U OK? is a reminder that a simple question can change a life. Checking in with the people around us — colleagues, friends, or family — can provide connection and support during life’s tough moments.
By fundraising, we’re not only helping to raise awareness but also directly supporting R U OK? to continue their vital work in providing resources, education, and conversation starters that empower people to have meaningful conversations.
To bring our community together, we’re hosting a sausage sizzle in the QV1 Plaza on Thursday 11 September, come on down and show your support!
