60-kilometre walk in memory of Dean Atkins

This June, I'm embarking on a 60-kilometre walk to honor the memory of my mate Dean Atkins, who sadly left us last year. Dean's absence has spurred me into action, fueling my determination to shed light on mental health issues that burden so many silently.

More than a tribute, this walk is a mission—a mission to illuminate the shadows of mental health struggles and honor Dean's legacy by advocating for greater awareness and support. 

I firmly believe that together, we can make an immense difference. Let's strive for a world where mental health receives the attention and care it rightfully deserves.
