I'm fundraising for a great cause!
Harley, Sean and I will be completing our own Half Ironman to raise awareness for mental health on Saturday 17th September finishing at Champion Lakes.
This will consist of the below all on the same day;
1.9km Swim
90km Bike ride
21km Run
This has always been such an important cause to me as R U OK day is everyday not just one day a year. Please check in on your loved ones. It isn't weak to speak!
This is for all our friends, family and work colleagues who are suffering from anxiety and depression. We hear you, We see you. Don't suffer in your silence. Know you are never alone!
By inspiring people to take the time to ask, “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people who are struggling with life issues.
