I'm fundraising for a great cause!
We at Bunnings Box Hill have decided to fundraise for R U OK? to help spread their message and help prevent suicide.
About 8 people take their own lives in Australia every day.
For every death, it’s estimated another 30 people will attempt suicide.
89% of people report knowing somebody who has made an attempt.
I want to help change these numbers.
As well as supporting the reduction and prevention in to mental health related deaths , a few of us are growing mullets for the month of September to grow and support the prevention of mental health related deaths .
Any contribution to this including our R U OKAY day on the 14th of September is appreciated .
If we get to our goal of $1,000 our complex manager Simon will shave his head with other stuff to be done as well.
