Save the date for R U OK ? Day on Thursday the 10th September 2026.
This year’s theme is "Ask R U OK? Any Day".
A genuine conversation at the right time can make a massive difference. You don't need to be an expert to ask how a mate or colleague is doing—you just need to trust your instincts, listen without judgment, and be there.
We are hosting an upcoming catch-up where we can take a moment to pause, connect, and support one another.
Theme: Circus, so please either dress circus , colourful or in black and yellow colours of R U OK? There are endless possibilities!
To allow us to plan for the day, donations will need to be made prior to the event. Please make your minimum donation of $10.00 at Ingleburn reception (From Monday 24th August) OR Online today to obtain your ticket and make your donation.
