The sobering reality is that, on average, 8 people in Australia take their own lives each day, and for every tragic death, an estimated 30 individuals make suicide attempts. A staggering 89% of people report knowing someone who has faced the painful struggle of attempting suicide. These statistics are deeply concerning, and we believe it's our duty to help change them.
R U OK?'s vision is a world where everyone is connected and protected from the devastating effects of suicide. Their mission is equally noble – to inspire meaningful connections with those around us and offer support to anyone grappling with life's challenges.
Our role is clear: we aim to make a tangible impact by fundraising for R U OK?.
