On Saturday 5 September, F45 Pakenham is bringing our members, local businesses, sporting clubs and wider community together for a 12 hour Community Ergathon in support of R U OK?
From 7am - 7pm, five rowers will keep moving as teams from across our community come together for one big purpose, to raise funds, raise awareness and start conversations around mental health.
This event isn’t about who can row the furthest or fastest. It’s about showing up for each other and reminding our community that a simple conversation can make a difference.
Local businesses and organisations can make a financial donation, enter a team, donate a raffle prize or simply help us spread the word.
Every contribution goes towards supporting R U OK? encouraging people to stay connected and have meaningful conversations with the people in their world.
