On March 12th, 2023, we lost Amberly to the final symptom of mental illness. She is dearly missed by so many! In conjunction with her mum, Jane, we are wanting to support as many people as possible, so we don’t lose more to this illness!

Why R U OK?
I’ve chosen R U OK?, because they focus on that conversation starter! Together we can work on removing stigma around mental illness and suicide, and start the simple conversations of checking in on those around us, no matter how happy they may seem, and supporting those around us who may be experiencing thoughts of suicide and learn how to navigate those difficult conversations. Even if you don’t fully understand the struggles that someone is experiencing, simply being a listening ear can save a life!
