In our workplace we do our best to look out for our colleagues and check in on each other regularly.

We also encourage children's wellbeing and a sense of belonging, as well as teaching them about kindness.

R U OK?’s vision is of a world where we are all connected and protected from wanting to end a life. Their mission is to inspire everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and support anyone struggling.

By inspiring people to take the time to ask, “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people who are struggling with life to feel connected.
