No Standing (Di)stil

Due to the impact of lockdown where we live and work in Sydney, our team at Distil have decided to participate in an August fitness challenge and fundraiser. Not only is exercise great for our personal mental health, but we will also be raising funds for the important mental health organisation R U OK?. They do some wonderful work in educating people on how to help others, as well as breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health.


Most of our team will be walking/running 100km throughout the month of August. One of our team members will be committing to doing 10,000 steps per day, and another will be doing a whopping 100/km per week!


We understand this is a tough time for many people both mentally and financially, so if you are doing it tough please don’t feel obliged to donate - we would just love more than anything if you would check in on your mates instead! Reaching out to someone just to ask how they are going can mean the world in times like this and show you care.
