Gleeson’s Go Sober
Gday, Gleeson boys here.
We're doing 3 months off the piss to raise some money for mental health and suicide prevention.
About 7 years ago we lost a couple of great people in our lives from this terrible illness. We have had family and other mates affected by it in recent times as well.
Hopefully within this 3 months we can raise some money for the R U OK? foundation and promote awareness to contribute to a world with better mental health.
If you could spare a couple of bucks for a great cause and spread the word, it would greatly appreciated.
But more importantly check in with your friends and family. One conversation could save a life.
About 8 people take their own lives in Australia every day. For every death, it’s estimated another 30 people will attempt suicide. 89% of people report knowing somebody who has made an attempt.
We want to help change these numbers.
