I'm fundraising for a great cause!

I’ve decided to fundraise for R U OK? as I take on one of the biggest challenges of my life - the IRONMAN in Port Macquarie.
About 8 people take their own lives in Australia every day.
For every death, it’s estimated another 30 people will attempt suicide.
89% of people report knowing somebody who has made an attempt.
I want to help change these numbers.
R U OK?’s vision is a world where we are all connected and protected from suicide. Their mission is to inspire people to meaningfully connect with those around them and support anyone who might be struggling.
By simply asking “Are you OK?” and taking the time to genuinely listen, we can help people feel supported long before they reach breaking point.

More Than Just an IRONMAN
Tuesday 28th AprA bit about me, I’ve been in the fitness industry for the past couple of years, but this all started from being completely obsessed with the gym. Since working at Rushcutters Health, I’ve been lucky to be surrounded by incredible coaches and mates who pushed me into endurance sport.
Over the past year, I’ve stepped well outside my comfort zone, completing my first HYROX, my first marathon on the Gold Coast, and taking on events like SwimRun. What started as something new has quickly turned into something I genuinely love.
This year, turning 25, I’ve decided to go all in.
I’ve planned out a full calendar leading into the IRONMAN. Including SwimRun, Half HOKA, Sydney HYROX PRO, Sydney HYROX doubles a 70.3 IRONMAN in the Sunshine Coast, and other endurance challenges along the way. Every event is building towards one goal.
The IRONMAN in Port Macquarie.
It’s the one that scares me the most, and that’s exactly why I’m doing it.
This cause means a lot to me.
I’ve known multiple people who have taken their own lives, and it’s had a real impact on me and the people around me. It’s made me realise how important it is to check in, have real conversations, and support each other before it’s too late.
That’s why I’m using this journey, not just the IRONMAN, but every event along the way, to raise awareness for something that truly matters.
Alongside this, I’ve made a personal commitment this year to show up better and pushing myself across all areas of life.
As a coach, I’m passionate about helping others improve, build confidence, and push past their own limits. This journey is about leading from the front and showing what’s possible when you commit to something bigger than yourself.
I’m lucky to be surrounded by incredible colleagues, supportive friends, and family who back me every step of the way, this isn’t something I’m doing alone.
The IRONMAN is the goal, but the message is bigger than the race.
If you can, I’d really appreciate your support. Whether that’s through a donation, sharing this page, or simply checking in on someone around you.
Because sometimes, just asking “Are you OK?” can change everything.
Thank you so much for your support
