Because whilst I’m fortunate enough to have never really struggled with many mental health issues, some of those closest to me deal with problems every single day. I think it’s important to remember that everyone does deal with their own issues and that sometimes we’re just a conversation away from making an impact, no matter how big or small that impact could mean everything to someone who’s struggling deep down.My Achievements
