I'm fundraising for a great cause!

For the fourth year in a row, I’m raising money and awareness for R U OK? 💛

This year, I’ve decided to take things a little further.

I’m currently 6 weeks out from the Melbourne Marathon, which will form part of my preparation for a challenge I’ve set myself — running a 50km ultra marathon on my own to raise money for R U OK? and help spread the message that a conversation really can change a life.

Around 8 Australians lose their lives to suicide every day, and behind every one of those numbers are families, friends, colleagues and communities impacted forever.

R U OK? encourages us to stay connected with the people around us, notice when someone might be struggling and have the courage to ask a simple question: “Are you OK?”

I’ve supported this cause for the past three years, and it’s something I’m incredibly proud to continue in 2026.

50km is going to hurt, but if it gets people talking, checking in on their mates and raises some money for an important cause, then every kilometre will be worth it.
