Hawk Logistics: Asking “R U OK?” One Conversation at a Time
At Hawk Logistics, we do more than move freight—we look out for one another. Whether it’s a quick check-in over the phone, a chat in the yard, or a quiet moment in the break room, we know that a simple “Are you OK?” can go a long way.
Sadly, around 8 people die by suicide every day in Australia.
And for every life lost, it’s estimated another 30 people will attempt to take their own life.
One of the hardest-hit industries? Transport and logistics.
Our industry is fast-paced, high-pressure, and often isolating. Long hours, time away from family, and the demands of the job can take a heavy toll on mental health. Too many lives have been lost, and too many people are still suffering in silence.
That’s why this R U OK? Day, we’re proud to stand up and say—we care.
