Every day, around 8 Australians lose their lives to suicide, and for every life lost, an estimated 30 people attempt suicide. Chances are, almost all of us know someone who has struggled.

R U OK?'s vision is a world where everyone is connected, supported, and protected from suicide. By encouraging meaningful conversations and empowering people to ask, "Are you OK?", we can help those who may be struggling feel seen, heard, and supported before they reach crisis point.
