This July, I’m making a commitment to walk  every day and clock my K’s for R U OK?

I’m taking on the K’s for R U OK? challenge to stay connected, be accountable, develop positive and consistent habits, and create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide. 

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate, and this year we are seeing more than ever the impacts isolation, rapid change,  and not being physically connected is having on our mental health.

In addition, poor physical health can lead to an increased risk of developing mental health problems. Similarly, poor mental health can negatively impact on physical health, leading to an increased risk of some conditions.

Please support my efforts by donating - I’ve kicked off with $250, and together let's get everyone asking R U OK?, starting conversations and changing lives!
