I'm fundraising for a great cause!
We are walking 115km from Coolum Beach to Blk Box Co. to support RUOK? to help spread their message and help prevent suicide.
My brother Michael and I have both dealt with Anxiety and Depression over recent years and both know all too well the importance of asking a simple little question “Are You Ok?” And this is why this charity is close to both of us.
We will set off from Coolum Beach on R U Ok Day, Thursday September 9th and will cover the distance over the following 3 days, arriving at Blk Box Specialty Coffee around midday on Saturday September 11th where we will be hosting a family fun day with a BBQ and Raffles with plenty of great prizes to be won on the day.
