In our workplace we do our best to look out for our colleagues and check in on each other regularly.
About 8 people take their own lives in Australia every day.
For every death, it’s estimated another 30 people will attempt suicide.
89% of people report knowing somebody who has made an attempt.
We want to help change these numbers.
R U OK?’s vision is of a world where we are all connected and protected from suicide. Their mission is to inspire everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and support anyone struggling with life.
By inspiring people to take the time to ask, “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people who are struggling with life to feel connected long before they even think about suicide.

Mind Australia, along with its Outreach and Recovery College programs bridges the gap between mental health services and education, assisting people to develop knowledge and skills to use in their mental health recovery journey.
Our Mackay Office has organised a Staff fundraising day for a cause near and dear to us all- R U OK DAY!
R U OK? Is a public health promotion charity that encourages people to stay connected and have conversations that can help others through difficult times in their lives.
Our Staff will be participating in a fun walk/run at the Mackay Gooseponds on Sunday 30/07/23 to raise money for this important cause.
We would love to reach our goal of raising $500, every penny counts.
