Cycle for a cause!
My brother Harley and I will be cycling 200km to raise funds for R U OK day on 28th & 29th August. 100km each on both days.
This has always been such an important cause to me as R U OK day is everyday not just one day a year. Please check in on your loved ones. It isn't weak to speak!!
This ride is for all our friends, family and work colleagues who are suffering from anxiety and depression. I hear you, I see you. Don't suffer in your silence. Know you are never alone!
By inspiring people to take the time to ask, “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people who are struggling with life issues.
