As security professionals, we work around the clock to keep others safe, often in challenging, high-pressure, and sometimes isolated environments. While we spend our days looking out for our clients, sites, and communities, it's just as important that we look out for one another.
Mental health challenges can affect anyone, regardless of role, experience, or background. That's why we're supporting R U OK?, an organisation dedicated to encouraging meaningful conversations and helping people stay connected before they reach a crisis point.
A simple conversation can make a significant difference. Taking the time to ask a colleague, "Are you OK?" and genuinely listening can help someone feel supported, valued, and less alone.
Through this fundraiser, we're helping R U OK? continue its important work of providing resources, education, and awareness initiatives that encourage connection and help prevent suicide across Australia.
