Join the Team La Trobe Move for Mental Health Challenge
Welcome to the Movement for Mental Health campaign by Team La Trobe! We're challenging ourselves and our community to participate in a series of training programs and events, with the goal of raising much-needed funds for RUOKDAY, an organization dedicated to supporting mental health and well-being.
Join us as we embark on a journey with our La Trobe Sport Coaches, who have designed an exciting Training Program for beginners and intermediate runners and walkers. This 6-week program will guide you to success, whether you're new to running or looking to improve your skills.
We invite you to participate in the Team La Trobe Walk and Run events on September 7th, 2023. Choose from a 2.5km walk, 5km, fun run at our Melbourne and Bendigo campus hubs, or join us virtually in Shepparton and Albury Wodonga.
As you challenge yourself to complete the training programs and events, we encourage you to fundraise and share your progress with friends and family. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health challenges.
