Walk around the avenue
Friday 17th Jul Had a busy today but made time to go for a walk around the whole avenue of Leeton with my sister. First time in a while walking the avenue in years! Looking forward to clocking more k’s coming toward the end of the month. Share
Treadmill walk/run
Thursday 16th Jul Too foggy outside to go for a run so decided to get on the treadmill @ the gym! 5km of walking/running but ran the whole last km with my speed set on 12 and that’s a big achievement for me! Got shin splints throughout the run but pushed myself especially that last K! Share
Walk to the park
Wednesday 15th Jul Hadn’t had but time or energy to walk/run lately so took my little sister to the park. It was a 2km walk there and a 2km walk back.
Afternoon run
Tuesday 7th Jul Went for a run today, was a bit of a longer route to what I’ve been doing lately and I was buggered so it was tough!! Ran all the way, made myself so proud and hopefully you were proud of me too babe . ❤️💚 Share
Walk/bike ride
Sunday 5th Jul Today my sisters and o went for a walk to get hot chips and kick the footy. It took us longer than expected because Valerie is still learning how to ride on her training wheels! 3km to the oval and 3km back. Feet were sore after walking up hill but it was all worth it!
