LightJam is Unios' annual sports showdown that perfectly balances our love for sports and engagement with the building community.
This year's LightJam Tournament is hosted by Unios and Mondoluce WA, with 10 competing teams representing offices within the building industry around Western Australia to raise meaningful donations for R U OK? and mental health awareness initiatives.

What's LightJam All About?
In case you're new here, LightJam started back in 2022 as a fun way to reconnect with our industry friends. But wow, did it grow! What began as a casual day of sport has become a celebration of teamwork, excitement and genuine connections.
We've had so many incredible people join us over the years—teams from COX Architecture, Woods Bagot, Stantec, Site Architecture, and design legends like Hames Sharley, MJA Studio, and Mata Design. Even the brains from engineering firms like NDY, Plexus Engineers, and ETC Solutions have thrown their hats into the ring. It's been epic, to say the least. And this year? Well, we're taking things up a notch!
This Year, It's All About Playing for the Greater Good
Let's get real for a second—LightJam is more than just a sports day. We're out here to make a real impact. That's why we've partnered with R U OK? to help raise awareness about mental health.
"We've always known that sports can be a powerful tool for connection" says our very own Paley Ho, Unios’ Founder and Managing Director. "Through LightJam 2024, we hope to inspire our community to not only participate in the event but also to engage in the kind of life-changing conversations that R U OK? advocates for."
