We’re proud to be fundraising this year to support R U OK?’s vision of a world where we are all connected and protected from suicide.

R U OK’s mission is to inspire everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and support anyone struggling with life.

This is especially meaningful as it is closely aligned to Bravura’s bWell efforts on mental wellbeing and the ongoing support provided to employees by our mental health first aiders.

We spend a lot of time at work and it's important that we all take time to look out for our workmates.

By fundraising for R U OK? we are helping to create more free resources that shows people when and how to start a conversation with someone who may be struggling with life. A conversation could change a life.
