Hey guys - Sarah and I will be running our (jointly) debut Marathon in Hobart on Easter Sunday. We'd love to make our effort count for some good - and wed be stoked if you could give whatever you see fit, either in your time or by making a donation - big or small - to help us reach our goal.
Every day is R U OK day. Together, we can make a difference.
About 8 people take their own lives in Australia every day. For every death, it’s estimated another 30 people will attempt suicide. 89% of people report knowing somebody who has made an attempt.
