Over
3,000 deaths by suicide occur each year in Australia with workers in the
construction industry over represented.
R U OK? Day is a national day of action when we are reminded that everyday is the day to ask “Are you OK?” and start meaningful conversations whenever we spot the signs that someone might be struggling.
In order to support the work R U OK do year round we are having a bake sale fundraiser. Muffins and other baked goods are available for purchase from $5 in the kitchen with all the proceeds going to R UOK.
