I'm fundraising for a great cause!
I have decided to fundraise for R U OK? to help get people talking about their mental health, and to help support the resources that provide such essential work to those in crisis.
After struggling myself this past year, and still trying to pick myself back up, I want to give back to those organisations who helped me at my absolute lowest.
Please check on those close to you, and if you feel something is off, make sure they know you are there.
By inspiring people to take the time to ask, “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people who are struggling with life to feel connected and supported.
