Nikelle, owner and head creator at Timber & Cotton, started her small business journey as a coping mechanism when she was diagnosed with depression in 2015. Initially creating earrings, Nikelle found that there was something therapeutic about using her hands and found that it kept her mind at ease.
Fast forward 7 years, she has created the ‘Wear Yellow for Mental Health’ collection to help raise funds for R U OK? and start the very important conversation that could save someone's life.
