This RUOK Day, we’re coming together to raise funds for suicide prevention and mental health support. Suicide can affect anyone, and sometimes a simple conversation, a listening ear, or knowing that someone cares can make a world of difference. By supporting this fundraiser, you’re helping organisations provide vital resources, support and connection to people who may be struggling.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps us spread hope and remind people that they are never alone. Let’s start the conversation, look out for one another and help make sure everyone knows there is support available. Together, we can make a difference. 💛

By inspiring people to take the time to ask, “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people who are struggling with life to feel connected long before they even think about suicide.
