I'm fundraising for a great cause!

I have decided to take on this challenge to help R U OK? to spread their message and help prevent suicide.

About 8 people take their own lives in Australia every day.

For every death, it’s estimated another 30 people will attempt suicide.

89% of people report knowing somebody who has made an attempt.

I want to help change these numbers.

R U OK?’s vision is of a world where we are all connected and protected from suicide.

Their mission is to inspire everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and support anyone struggling with life.

By inspiring people to take the time to ask, “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people who are struggling with life to feel connected long before they even think about suicide.

IT’S OK to NOT BE OK! Your Emotions are valid 💕

Friday 10th Sep
I’ll be dedicating my 100km ULTRA MARATHON on 6th Nov 2021 to the “Are you ok?” Fundraiser. 
Please watch my video to understand why I’m doing a 100km ultra for mental health.  
This is to create huge awareness on mental health! & to make a stand that it’s ok to not be ok, it’s ok to speak up.. your emotions are valid and there many services & people out there that want to help. You are not alone especially through this sensitive time in life. 
Every dollar counts & everything will be going directly to the “Are you okay CHARITY”
